At Lily Senior Solutions, we put a strong emphasis on the companion component of our care, no matter the physical needs. 

Matters of driving distance, hours needed and physical requirements are all based on each individual caregiver. We will get to know you and what you are looking for to ensure we have the proper fit for you. 

Every individual has their own specific needs, but generally job duties could include, but are not limited to:

• companionship                                                     
• meal preparation
• medication reminders
• general household chores
• running errands
• driving to doctors appointments
• assisting with dressing
• bathing/hygiene assistance
• transfer assistance/monitoring
• memory care
• Parkinson's care
• rehabilitation assistance​

The qualities and characteristics we require in our caregivers include, but are not limited to:

• trustworthiness

• responsibility

• ability  and desire to learn
• compassion
• empathy
• good communication skills
• flexibility
• ability to adapt to changing situations

We require at least one year of experience in the home care (or related) field, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
We cater our care plans to our client's needs, so hours needed vary. Generally, weekend  availability and flexibility is preferred.
