Lily Senior Solutions, formerly Lily Home Care, was born out of a passion to help families navigate a time in their lives that can be full of change and uncertainty. After several years of experiencing the struggles of being a family caregiver, we focused our energy on helping other find the solutions to their senior care needs. We work closely as a family, providing an environment where you can feel heard and understood.

Our vision began with home care, focusing on the client-caregiver relationship. We have always believed a consistent relationship with your caregiver is the most important aspect of your care. Our driving review program was established when we saw a need for families to settle the debate of if mom or dad can continue driving. Many aging drivers request their own review, fearful of hurting themselves or others. While we have stayed with many clients at home for their remaining years, others have chosen a senior living facility as their next step. Guiding them through this decision and continuing our care in these settings, led to our senior placement service. We feel strongly that no individual should be in a facility setting that is not a good fit for them, where they are unhappy. Our goal is to assist in making the right choice for each person’s unique needs.

We believe in a strong caregiver-client bond. We focus on finding you the right fit, someone that can not only assist you physically but provide mental stimulation and emotional well being. We believe companion care is the top priority no matter the other needs. 

Individuality

We never want you to feel like you're just a case file. In both home care and placement settings, we encourage learning about client's cultural backgrounds and history. You had a whole life before we came along and it deserves to be celebrated. 

Meet Our Team

Ilona

While Ilona wears many hats, her primary goal is to make our clients feel heard and comfortable. She connects with families and gets to know their needs in order to provide them with the best solution. She is their resource every step of the way.  Ilona continuously works hard to build strong, genuine relationships with community members through networking and events. 

Sanna

Sanna takes great care to manage our caregivers and their relationships with their clients. She believes in allowing our caregivers to work independently, while always providing guidance along the way. Additionally, she produces our social media, manages our website and creates marketing materials.
