We will begin by learning more about your loved one, what they envision for themselves in the future. Then, we can talk about what different options look like in reality. These discussions are based on finances, ease of access and quality of care. We will communicate pros and cons of each path and what a timeline would look like in various circumstances. We will then create a roadmap for the short and long term. Ongoing support will be provided as circumstances change or life throws a us a twist.

Options Designed for Your Needs

Build a Foundation

This plan includes one 90 minute session, focusing on an intro to care options. A basic roadmap will be outlined to help guide you in the right direction. If you "don't know where to start", this is a great place.

Future Ready

This plan incudes three 90 minute sessions. Here we will focus more on budget analysis and cost comparison. We will design a more detailed plan that will fit any situation life may bring. It is recommended to involve family or loved ones in at least one of these sessions 

Care Plan Management

This plan features ongoing sessions
for you and your loved ones. If you're facing a long term challenge that may change over time, this may be a good fit for you. You will have access to guidance and information throughout your journey.

What areas do you service?

We primarily service Summit County, offering care in cities such as Akron, Fairlawn, Copley, Cuyahoga Falls, Barberton, Green, etc. However, do not hesitate to ask if we service your area! 

Do I need to use your services?

While we would love to provide you with home care, senior placement or a driving review, you are not required to be a Lily client or to become one in order to utilize the aging care planning program. 

What if family disagrees?

We understand that families do not always agree on what is best for their loved ones. Having someone outside of the family, that is not biased or emotionally involved, allows for a more clear path forward.
