Companion & Homemaker  

Companionship services are designed to keep the mind stimulated through activities, hobbies, outings and conversation. Homemaker services offer assistance with day to day tasks such as light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, changing sheets, organization and more. Medication reminders and monitoring provide peace of mind for families. 

Personal Care

Personal care involves all companionship and homemaker services while offering more assistance with bathing, grooming, hygiene and dressing. Mobility, walking and transfer assistance prevent falls and injuries. Needs may range from a standby assist to a more involved, hands on approach. You may need help temporarily due to an injury or require more and more assistance as mobility declines or cognitive impairments prevents proper personal care. ​

Dementia Care

Dementia care involves all needed personal care, companion care and homemaker services. For those living with dementia or any cognitive impairments, mental stimulation is provided through games and activities. Listening to music, watching movies and looking at photos from adolescents provides positive memory recognition and a calming environment. Redirection, de-escalation and other techniques are used to calm agitation, frustration, hallucinations and sun-downing. ​

What areas do you service?

We primarily service Summit County, offering care in cities such as Akron, Fairlawn, Copley, Cuyahoga Falls, Barberton, Green, etc. However, do not hesitate to ask if we service your area! 

Do you provide PT, OT or nursing?

We operate as a non-medical agency. However, we often work closely with home health professionals to ensure our clients have the support they need both during and after a recovery period.  

Do you accept insurance?

We assist many of our clients with their long-term care policies, helping them utilize their benefits appropriately. For those without LTC, we accept private pay through check or credit card.
