Our Services

Home Care

Our non-medical services include companion, personal and memory care. We can assist with companionship, meal prep, errands, hygiene care, transferring, rehabilitation assistance, dementia care and more. Care plans are specific to your needs to allow you to safely stay independent in your home.

Senior Placement

Senior placement services are designed to be your resource in finding the right senior living community to fit your needs. We get to know you and your needs, narrow down your options, accompany you on tours and act as your advocate. This service comes at no cost to families. 

Driver Safety Reviews

There is no designated time to retire the car keys. Our driver safety reviews will assess your cognitive ability to drive safely, along with your on the road skills. A plan is then made for the future, to make accommodations or to retire the keys. All reviews are performed in your car and neighborhood, no simulations!

​I recently had a major surgery. I wanted to make sure I was safe and took the medications that I needed to when I needed to. I am thankful my caregiver came over and made my nutrition smoothie, I couldn’t swallow anything more than that. She walked with me to help build up my strength. Stood by my side to make sure I was safe . Sheila became more than a care giver, she became my friend. She even watched movies with me - as I requested.

I wasn’t sure about using a home care service, but I’m glad I did. Not only was I safe, I honestly believe my recovery benefited from this as well.

They were able to design my mother’s care for what she needed. They were always easy to deal with on changes to care that we needed. The staff was very good to mom for several years until I moved her. I would highly recommend Lily’s for home care and I thank them for all they did for my mom.

Life is better with Lily Home Care! I knew from the moment that Ilona interviewed us that we would experience exceptional care, thoughtfully matched to our needs. Lily Home Care was a life saver for our family. When my mom's Alzheimer's deteriorated quickly, leaving my family overwhelmed to provide for her care, Lily Home Care came to the rescue. I was worried my mom would entirely reject having a "stranger" come to our home to help her, but Lily Care made such a great match between my mom and her caregiver that my mom became comfortable far more quickly than I would have suspected. We loved having Barbara in our home, and she quickly became an indispensable part of the family! She "got" my mom right away, and always found ways to keep her active and feeling productive, as well as giving us tips on how we could adjust the home environment to be safer for mom. We were blessed to have her with us. Lily Care also provided other care givers for times outside of our regular schedule, and they were always great as well. Everyone we worked with was always reliable, on-time, and trustworthy. I would HIGHLY recommend Lily Home Care to anyone looking for in home care for a loved one!

Lily Home Care provides OUTSTANDING service! Late last summer, I needed to have a knee replacement and needed someone to take me to outpatient physical therapy. I have no family in the area and most of my friends work or live away from here. In order to use public transportation, I either had to be a senior or have a “special need,” i.e. a developmental disability. Other services in the county would take me if I had cancer. I did not fall into any of these categories.

I don’t remember how I found Lily Home Care, but they were a blessing and very easy to work with! Ilona came into my home and we discussed my needs. They tailored a program just for me. Most of the time, Rosa was my driver and she was an absolute joy to work with! I cannot say enough good things about Lily Home Care and their team!
